Community design consultation - Wednesday 13 December, 6-8pm

We're looking forward to seeing you at our village hall design consultation at Temple Herdewyke Primary School. Join us for an evening of mince pies and community building - all are welcome, and you can click ‘Going’ on our Facebook event to get a reminder.

Come along to see the draft designs, discuss the next steps, and have your say. Meet your THVH committee members and learn more about the charity we've set up, our plans for the future and how you can get involved. We want to create a community hub, somewhere that can be used and enjoyed by not only our village but also local people from surrounding villages and towns.

The playpark is open - but bring your wellies!

We’ve got some grass, and the new playpark has been open for a while now. It seems popular with our younger residents, particularly around school start and finish times! We’re also pleased to see the car park is being used, preventing the village roads becoming congested with parked cars.

As we mentioned in our second newsletter, the play equipment was arranged and installed by the developer, and we have mentioned to them that the ground is a little soggy underfoot. We’ll keep you updated on developments, but in the meantime be aware of the mud!
